Synopsis

Death row inmate James Earl Cash is supposedly dead after his lethal injection, however a leader of a local snuff film ring decided to get him off the hook. He makes a deal to Cash, the deal is that Cash needs to violently kill local gang and cult members while this man, Lionel Starkweather, films it all for his snuff ring.

Description of Lionel Starkweather:

Starkweather owns a filthy snuff film ring, he knowingly tampers with Cash’s lethal injection in order to use him to help boost his ring’s popularity. He’s also kidnapped Cash’s family for leverage against him, eventually though Cash kills Starkweather by the end.
