Synopsis

Description of Charles Ingalls:

As the patriarch of the Ingalls family, Charles is faced with no easy task! Difficulties seem to threaten their welfare at every turn, whether in the form of Indian raids, prairie fires, cruel blizzards or disastrous illnesses. Often thrusting himself into harsh situations in order to protect the wife and children he loves more than life itself, Charles is willing to fight through whatever life throws at him for the sake of his beautiful family. Armed with a rifle, a fiddle and an unshakeable sense of optimism, he will stop at nothing to create a life for his girls to thrive in.
