Synopsis

Wanda Wilson, a veteran of the Canadian Army, is diagnosed with cancer. She joins a secret program known as the "Workshop" in hopes of curing her cancer, but it is really an illegal program where they take people and torture them until they either mutate or die. The "Workshop" is managed by the sadistic Ava, whose real name is Francine Freeman, and her assistant, Christy, aka Stardust. After weeks of torturing and tormenting Wanda, they finally put her in a chamber which triggers her mutation. After destroying the lab and surviving an impalement from Francine, Wanda goes on a quest of vengeance to find and hunt down Francine and Stardust for what they have done to her.
