An Adaptation Of The Family Corleone
Set after The Godfather Part 2's flashbacks but before the events of the original, Vito Corleone gets entangled in conflict with the "boss of bosses" Don Giuseppe Mariposa of the black hand. On the other hand, a teenage Sonny Corleone joins the ranks of the Corleones and introduces Tom Hagen into the family. What comes next is a war, an olive oil war.
