Synopsis

Kim Possible is a world-renowned spy and hero, after years prior, she received a distress call on her babysitting website by mistake (which she answered anyway). She is a straight-A student, captain of her cheerleading squad, and her parents are brilliantly minded. Yet she's very modest about it. By her side is her best friend and bumbling sidekick, Ron Stoppable, and Rufus, Ron's pet naked mole rat. When a mad scientist from her father's past sets out to get revenge on him, along with a plot for world conquest, can Kim Possible save the day?

Description of Dr Drakken:

A mad scientist who plots world conquest and revenge on Dr Possible. He used to be Drew Lipsky, who attended the same college as Mr Possible, and he was laughed at for his failed inventions. He was even shut out by his peers. He dropped out after a lab accident gives him a scar under his left eye and permanent blue skin. With his "lippy" sidekick, Shego, he plans world conquest by inventing a laser cannon called the "Anti-Gravitator" that causes anyone zapped by it to be unaffected by gravity (floating in midair) for only a few minutes. The machine is powered by a serum labeled, "ZG-25." ZG stands for"zero gravity." Drakken's weakness is ranting on about his plans.
