Synopsis

11 years have passed since Xaviax was defeated. A new group of Riders have been summoned into Ventara by a mysterious figure named "Odin". With only Advent Decks and the words "If you do not fight, you will not survive" to guide them, they engage in a battle that could decide the fate of the two worlds. What is it that they are fighting for? And who will be the last one standing?

Description of Tom Ulrich (Kamen Rider Strike):

Tom and Anton used to be best friends while they were orphaned and were also in the same street gang. When Anton got adopted, he distanced himself from Tom and eventually told authorities about his crimes. In prison, he receives the Venosnaker Advent Deck and joins the New Rider War to get revenge on Anton for ratting him out and to keep on breaking laws for his own amusement.
