Description of Eli:
One of two orphans used as test subjects and turned into brainwashed child-soldiers in the service of the Ultra Humanite. The villains and heroes are both paralyzed because they don't want to fight children, (which the villain predicted). After they are freed, Eli is adopted by Plastic-man and his wife, with the villains turned heroes acting like unofficial aunts and uncles.
