Synopsis

In the years before Arthur Fleck became the first Joker, a title that would be passed on to many people after him, a young Arthur must find his way in a difficult world that seeks to break him in every way, shape, and form possible. This taking place before the events of Batman: Bloodbath, Batman: The Hush of Fear, and Batman: Black, White, and Vengeance.

Description of Randall (Arthur's best friend):

Before Arthur got a job at Wayne Enterprises, he once performed both in theatre and out on the streets as a circus clown, and one of his friends from School, a man by the name of Randall, did the same. Eventually, however, when Arthur chooses to do drugs to satiate his depression, he kills Randall and two of his other good friends from his younger years, Javier and Gary.
