After much trouble fighting through the forces of The Regime, Kal-El finally makes it to Fortress Arkham, the capitol building in Arkham City. There, he enters the building, and eventually, the throne room, where he is greeted by the ArrowGuard and Batman, who sits upon the throne itself. Bruce, seeing that Superman has something important to tell him, orders his men to stand down, as Clark Kent walks up to him. Here, he tells Batman what he needs to hear about what has been happening to both sides of the war, and shows him recordings as well. Bruce's face then enters an expression of horror, as he sees an individual dressed like himself slaughtering his men by the dozens..
