Description of Evelyn Morris [Victor of the 23rd Hunger Games] [District 9]:

The second victor from District 9 was a polar opposite from her mentor; Evelyn Morris was launched into a hot, boiling desert arena. She met many challenges, including well stocked tributes from 5 and 8 who competed with her for the underdog position but she managed to overpower the girl from 8 and poison the boy from 5. As of 75 ADD she is still alive age 68; but as District 9's only female victor she was reaped for the 3rd Quarter Quell where she was killed by Cashmere Delacroix on the first day.
