The brutal 1st Quarter Quell was a grisly Hunger Games to be remembered. Set in a Capitol park larger than any soccer stadium, it saw criminal tributes from Districts 6, 7, 8 and more. The Career alliance this year dissolved quickly while the standout figure became the girl from District 8. Cora Shutters defeated 6 opponents with knife skill to win the First Quarter Quell. As of 75 ADD she is dead; having died under mysterious circumstances the previous year age 66 with limited look at the body...
