Description of Brutus Barsetti [Victor of the 48th Hunger Games] [District 2]:

The infamously powerful victor Brutus was born to an upper-middle-class family in District 2 with 10 siblings the year of Luster's Games. Reachng a full height of six foot seven he is the tallest victor in the history of the Games, one third of an inch taller than Lyme Tanner; in his arena, a foggy forest full of rivers and lakes, he proceeded with extreme ease, with a final kill tally of 15. Following the Games he became a kind but tough mentor and engaged in a secret romance with fellow victor Cecilia Rheys. As of the 3rd Quarter Quell he is still alive age 45.
