Description of Abram Mills [Victor of the 69th Hunger Games] [District 9]:

The boy who scored a 3, Abram is a notable victor. Born the same year as Finnick Odair, Abram was the only son of his chocolatier mother; raised in good standards to District 9. When reaped Abram was mentored by Ben Cooper, while he faced bullying from the other tributes. In the desert arena Abram pulled himself forward on plant juice while the Careers fell apart; he killed the District 3 boy, then District 4 boy. Following the arena Abram gained weight in muscle and joined the rebellion. After the death of his mother and Ben-who confessed to being his father-, then joined the rebellion as a General ; in his final fight it took eight Peacekeepers to kill him, but he died a martyr.
