Synopsis

Having built a successful career as a scientist, Doctor Bruce Banner finds himself heading up what may be his biggest project yet, involving the use of gamma radiation. Everything becomes even more personal when he meets both Betty Ross, more than just a co-worker, and her strict father, Thaddeus Ross. But when a defining accident causes his genes to transform him into a monstrous creature, Banner and his new persona will have to learn to put their differences aside if they want to face both the enemies of the present, and especially those from their own past.

Description of Mr. Blue (Mid-Credits Scene):

The scene shows that like Blonsky, Sterns also ends up arrested after other discoveries involving his name, while he is taken into custody to be interrogated. [Security] - I hope you are comfortable cooperating when necessary, Doctor Sterns. Before the scene ends, it is shown that he injected himself with one of his own antidotes, before showing him smiling evilly, as he replied: - I have never been better than now.
