Howard, a wise-cracking, cigar smoking, street smart extra-terrestrial duck finds himself stranded on planet Earth in the city of Cleveland, Ohio. He soon befriends struggling model Beverly Switzler, with whom he embarks on bizarre existential misadventures through the surreal landscape of modern-day Earth.
