Turn out to be still alive just unconscious, He’s been painfully and torturously healing/rebuild for three years by Arishem, And he told him and the three Eternals Sersi, Kingo and Phastos who were brainwashed to the destroy the earth even that includes Sprite who's now human, Learning that it wasen't the snap that awaken the emergence, Arishem is the one who tried to awaken Tiamut waiting to destroy the Earth for centuries , But nowthe Celstrials getting the help with with Dr. Doom, But Ikaris refuse and broken his vow to serve Arishem and escapes.
