Warner Bros. and Alcon Entertainment announced plans for a live-action/computer-animated film based on the famous character Hong Kong Phooey. Alex Zamm, who was also working on a live-action/computer-animated Marvin the Martian movie, was attached to direct the film with Broderick Johnson, Andrew Kosove, Brett Ratner, and Jay Stern serving as producers, while David A.
