Synopsis

Down on his luck Charles Brown lost his son thanks to a gang war between Joker and Riddler. Kiteman is the butt of every joke in the villain community. He decides to unite others into a team of their own and prove to both heroes and villains that they are a force to be reckoned with.

Description of Humpty Dumpty (Humphrey Dumpler):

Humpty Dumpty runs an underground network of freaks and mutants down in the sewers. Anyone who wants to do business in The Narrows goes to him. In interest for his own operations he supports The Mime with gear and henchmen to go through with her missions while he also gives The Joker’s Daughter free access to Ace Chemicals in exchange for money to keep him quiet. When he gets wind of Shrek wanting Mime dead he decides to cut her loose before Shrek traces her to him. He ends up capturing Kiteman and his gang until The Joker’s Daughter returns with Bootface and Bathead ready for payback, he is shot by their Tommy guns during the attack.
