Synopsis

Down on his luck Charles Brown lost his son thanks to a gang war between Joker and Riddler. Kiteman is the butt of every joke in the villain community. He decides to unite others into a team of their own and prove to both heroes and villains that they are a force to be reckoned with.

Description of Carmine Falcone (Gotham Crime boss):

Carmine Falcone is arrested at the end of the film when The Eraser anonymously leaves the evidence he “destroyed” at The GCPD. Commissioner Gordon and Harvey Bullock finally get a victory after losing Kiteman’s gang during the Battle of Arkham.
