Description of Killer Frost (Louise Lincoln):
An outcast since birth, Louise Lincoln has since turned to a life of crime. So when she sets up an operation to assasinate Carmine Falcone, her plans are ruined by Catwoman's team, and she begrudgingly joins them. A big part of her story is that shes around 30-40, so keep that in mind.
