Description of Vertigo’s phone call (Mid-Credit Scene):

Vertigo makes a call in Belle Reve to his client to ensure the funds were added to his offshore bank account and it’s revealed Cyrus Broderick is on the other end of the call. Cyrus’ suspicions of Oliver Queen being the the emerald archer were true and intends to use that information for the Ninth Circle.
