Description of "Business Call" (Mid-credits scene):
Thomas is cleaning out his father's office when the phone suddenly rings. Thomas answers and the person on the other end is revealed to be Lex Luthor. Luthor says he can offer Thomas a chance for revenge on Green Arrow, but only if he agrees to join a team he's putting together.
