At the Martian Federation's orbital science base, the methodical and explosive Marvin — now an adult Martian officer — attempts to develop a matter-reducing ray for "diplomatic purposes." But his plans are interrupted (as usual) by his unconventional sidekick: a hyperactive, mocking and absolutely chaotic Earth hare... Bugs Bunny. As Marvin struggles to maintain control of the mission, Bugs Bunny turns a simple interplanetary inspection into a comic opera of (accidental) destruction and improvisation. The two end up facing a rival alien squadron that believes the base is vulnerable — and the duo must work together (even though they hate each other) to prevent an invasion.
