Synopsis

After 16 year old Max’s parents are tragically killed in an accident he’s sent to his uncles estate in the countryside of Scotland. When he arrives all seems normal, except his new uncle, uncle Filch, is acting very suspicious. When Max sneaks out of his room at nighttime he finds something absolutely horrific, the corpses of his own parents. Max is initially sent into a state of shock, but he quickly comes to when he figures out he has to make everything seem perfectly normal.

Description of Uncle Filch:

Uncle Filch may be Max’s uncle, but they are complete strangers. Max is sent to live with Filch after the death of his parents, Filch puts on an act around Max. This isn’t clear until Max finds his butchered parents in Uncle Filch’s house.
