Description of Hiroya Kudo:
The head of the mysterious organization hunting Gamera, and Shogo Kirie's superior. While presenting himself as trying to protect the world from the threat of the giant beasts, he has his own, more morally ambiguous reasons of wanting to harness Gamera, and the ancient civilization's power. And yet, he has a genuinely almost father-son like relationship with Shogo.
