Synopsis

Description of Destro (Voice):

A major weapons supplier to Cobra, Destro takes a great personal interest in the success of the evil organization's undertakings. This is a man who understands power, and the ruthless actions that are often necessary to acquire it and keep it. He heads to the far north with the Baroness to take over a complex communications array, as part of a Cobra plan to control every country on the planet. His technological understanding of the system serves him well, but he finds himself challenged by the stubborn ingenuity of the G.I. Joe team.

  • tff500 Originally Mark Strong, who potrayed Destro in the Zack Snyder Film Trilogy was originally intended to return, but was replaced by Scott McNeil, who Previously Voiced Destro in the Animated Films Spy Troops and Valor vs Venom

  • tff500 Scott McNeil reprised the Role of Destro from Spy Troops and Valor Vs. Venom, as Mark Strong, Who potrayed Destro in the Zack Snyder Trilogy had not been cast in the role yet, as Resolute was meant to serve as a Starting for most of the Rise of Cobra Cast to get into their roles for the film.
