Synopsis

2102. The Republic of Alordesh (futuristic Bangladesh) attempts a coup de tat of several bases controlled by the Oceanian Cooperative Union (OCU) in hopes of creating its own republic. Caught in the middle of these numerous acts of rebellion are a handful of troops from the "Muddy Otters" reconnaissance battalion within the elite Oceanian Marine Corps. This ragtag group is the only hope that the union has in order to maintain peace throughout Southwest Asia.

Description of Josh Whitfield, Corporal, OCU Marines - Muddy Otters Battalion:

A young Corporal in the OCU Marine Corps, Josh has been passed over a number of times for promotion to Sergeant and even an officer's commission to 2nd Lieutenant. This is due to himself being a complete womanizer and his longstanding battle with the bottle. It wouldn't be long until he sees the error of his ways as he meets Lila Labra, the daughter of Brigadier Saribash Labra, and change his life for the better. Originally named "Joyce Whitfield" in the "Front Mission 2nd" video game.
