The classic JRPG, one of the most celebrated video games of all time has just seen a resurgence in pop culture clout with the long-awaited Final Fantasy VII Remake for the PlayStation 4. Based mostly on the original, this imagined adaptation would take some updates/elements from the remake to expand the story of AVALANCHE's quest to save the world from the twin threats of ShinRa sucking up the planet's literal lifeblood, and the insane Ex-SOLDIER Sephiroth's plans to "inherit" the planet's power and "cleanse" it in the name of JENOVA.
