Description of Carmine Falcone:
Carmine Falcone is a powerful Gotham City crime lord, controlling the city's underworld through a network of corrupt officials and a drug operation. He is targeted by and also faces investigation from Batman, leading to his eventual arrest. Later, he is assassinated by the Riddler, creating a power vacuum in Gotham's criminal underworld.
