After being beat up and humiliated by former boss Black Mask (who later is shot by Deadshot). Deadshot is determined to get revenge on Amanda Waller for leading the team into the trap, even if it wasn't intentional. Deadshot seemingly kills Waller and returns home to his daughter Zoe Lawton. It proves that Waller survived, thanks to the glass to her office decreasing the speed rapidly. She orders Rick Flag to get Deadshot as she wrote a contract with the goverment, simply stating that all of the members is her responsibility as long as the contract is valid.
