Description of Carmine Falcone / The Eagle (The Batman - Year One):

Since Batman Year One will loosely based on two things: Frank Miller's Year One and The Batman, Carmine Falcone would be back as usual. It's basically old school crime thriller with good cop, bad cop story, of course the villains would be a mafia and bad polices corps. Carmine himself would be a typical Mafia in The Sopranos and Boardwalk Empire. And of course he'll be the main villain beside the bad GCPD side.
