Synopsis

The Restoration have allied themselves with Clutch the Opossum and his Clean Sweep company to finally bring stability to Mobius. Meanwhile, Tangle and Whisper join the Restoration in hopes of finding the killer of Whisper's old team: Mimic the Octopus. But the Restoration have their own problems, too! The criminal underworld gets stronger ever since Eggman's death and Starline's disappearance. So, Restoration director Jewel the Beetle forms a group of elite members, called by Tangle "The Diamond Cutters", to find and put an end to the gangster running it all. The team involves Tangle, Whisper, Jewel, and the determined Lanolin the Sheep. But it seems they're after the same thing! Mimic's boss IS that mysterious gangster, and only one person on Mobius knows both of them: Fang the Weasel. So, the Hooligans will come to their aid and bring both Mimic and his boss down.

Description of Rough the Skunk:

Rough and Tumble were hired by Mimic's boss (after Mimic intimidated them into coming with him) to find the Diamond Cutters and destroy them before they figure out the crime boss' plan. Rough thought it nice to give them payback, since Mighty, his sister Matilda, Tangle, and Whisper are involved because they fought them before and lost almost every single time. But when they come across the Chaotix, Vector looks at them with a bloodthirsty look (because he wanted to pulverize them for what they did to Cream.)
