Synopsis

The Restoration have allied themselves with Clutch the Opossum and his Clean Sweep company to finally bring stability to Mobius. Meanwhile, Tangle and Whisper join the Restoration in hopes of finding the killer of Whisper's old team: Mimic the Octopus. But the Restoration have their own problems, too! The criminal underworld gets stronger ever since Eggman's death and Starline's disappearance. So, Restoration director Jewel the Beetle forms a group of elite members, called by Tangle "The Diamond Cutters", to find and put an end to the gangster running it all. The team involves Tangle, Whisper, Jewel, and the determined Lanolin the Sheep. But it seems they're after the same thing! Mimic's boss IS that mysterious gangster, and only one person on Mobius knows both of them: Fang the Weasel. So, the Hooligans will come to their aid and bring both Mimic and his boss down.

Description of Fang the Hunter:

Fang and the Hooligans were being heroes in the streets when they came across the Diamond Cutters. They said they were looking Mimic, and that name strikes Fang like lightning. When Fang was a young criminal, he had a teammate named Mimic the Octopus. Loved knives. They were the cruelest criminals in the gang. Until Fang went rogue and saw that their boss was too evil for his taste. So, he and Mimic fought after Fang tried to assassinate their boss, which explains the scar on Fang's wrist, which is why he wears gloves. Now Fang and the Hooligans join them to find Mimic and bring both him and his boss down once and for all.
