Synopsis

The Restoration have allied themselves with Clutch the Opossum and his Clean Sweep company to finally bring stability to Mobius. Meanwhile, Tangle and Whisper join the Restoration in hopes of finding the killer of Whisper's old team: Mimic the Octopus. But the Restoration have their own problems, too! The criminal underworld gets stronger ever since Eggman's death and Starline's disappearance. So, Restoration director Jewel the Beetle forms a group of elite members, called by Tangle "The Diamond Cutters", to find and put an end to the gangster running it all. The team involves Tangle, Whisper, Jewel, and the determined Lanolin the Sheep. But it seems they're after the same thing! Mimic's boss IS that mysterious gangster, and only one person on Mobius knows both of them: Fang the Weasel. So, the Hooligans will come to their aid and bring both Mimic and his boss down.

Description of Clutch the Opossum:

Clutch is the founder and manager of the Cleen Sweep Corporation that made a deal with Jewel and the Restoration to help bring peace to Mobius. He looks like a kind, generous old man, showing that his scientists and mechanics have rewired the Badniks collected from battles and made them into working machines. The Diamond Cutters admit they like this guy. But when he reveals his deepest secret, he's not so nice after all.
