Synopsis

It has been a week and a half since Surge and Kit were rescued from Starline's control, and now the two get to live ordinary lives with Surge finding her mother, and Kit being adopted by the Prowers. But now Starline is having an old enemy hunt them down: Mimic the Octopus! Starline wants to revive the plan of rebuilding the Eggman Empire, and he hired Mimic to distract Surge, Kit, and the Diamond Cutters from it. Surge and Kit will team up once again to find Starline and take revenge, but soon Surge will learn revenge is not the way to resolve things. Team Dark will return, set on a mission by GUN to arrest Starline and Mimic. Surge, Kit, and the two teams find Starline and Mimic and bring them to justice. But Starline's trusted Robotnik A.I. system has other plans. Something that will be nerve-racking for everyone in the Dawnverse!

Description of Plot Twist (An enemy back from the dead):

Starline had Surge and Kit close to elimination, claiming that he is now greater than the late Dr. Eggman!!!! Suddenly, everyone in the room heard a demonic chuckle coming from a computer screen. It was the Robotnik A.I., but he had synchronized his voices down to just one. Then more computer monitors formed the same picture as the photo. The A.I. reveals himself to be none other than Dr. Ivo Robotnik himself!!! When he was Metal Robotnik, his mind became A.I., and he copied his entire mind into a hard drive, the very one Starline found! Robotnik played along so he could build himself a body and walk again!!!! But at the end of the series, he was stopped.
