Synopsis

Starline has returned, and now he’s not alone. He experimented on two innocent children and tortured them into cyborgs, becoming the powerful duo known as Surge the Tenrec and Kitsunami the Fennec! Surge is fast as the speed of light, and can harness and control electricity, and Kitsunami can manipulate water. Both have proven to be a challenge to Sonic and his friends, and even might be more powerful than Shadow! Will Sonic still keep his title as the fastest thing alive, or will Surge give him a “shocking” reality check?

Description of Kit the Fennec:

Out of him and Surge, Kitsunami is the one who looks innocent even after experimentation. Imagine a baby that suddenly grew up to be seven years old in minutes. Kit has no idea what’s going on around him, what everything is, and he sobs whenever Starline would be a bad father figure to him. Kit attacks Tails because he something tells him to do so, even though he doesn’t want to. He’s just an infant in a 4th grader’s body! How could you expect him to willingly hurt someone? In the end, Amy and Tails help Kit learn how to read and the basics on what a kid should learn.
