Description of Caspia (Young Caspia):

Princess Caspia is the generous ruler of the Apneic Sea. Stories describe her as the most selfless of all her sisters, serving her people first, leading second. It is said that she is a bit reclusive, traveling only for all-seas gatherings. In the legends, Princess Caspia values knowledge. She is rumored to have created a river that cuts through Diani and connects to the Chiane Sea for visiting other undersea kingdoms. She is also very protective of coral and makes many laws to help ensure that it thrives in her kingdom.
