The symbiote bonding with Kazuo affected him making him violent and erratic. He closed himself off from his loved ones and became a more brutal Spider-Man which Seattle began to fear. However Kazuo eventually realises how the symbiote is affecting him and he discards it. Arthur Kasady, its previous host, bonded with Plague. He planned to ruin Kazuo's life.read more

Returning to his dorm, Kazuo finds a note from Danny, explaining he has left to support his family. Danny leaves Kazuo his tech gear, a large sum of money, and heartfelt words. Grateful, Kazuo reflects on his future.
