The symbiote bonding with Kazuo affected him making him violent and erratic. He closed himself off from his loved ones and became a more brutal Spider-Man which Seattle began to fear. However Kazuo eventually realises how the symbiote is affecting him and he discards it. Arthur Kasady, its previous host, bonded with Plague. He planned to ruin Kazuo's life.read more

Description of The Final Showdown:
Kazuo faces Kasady at a factory. Discovering Plague's weakness to fire and sound, he uses his tech to destroy the symbiote. In desperation, Kasady runs into the flames, ending his life.
