Synopsis

The symbiote bonding with Kazuo affected him making him violent and erratic. He closed himself off from his loved ones and became a more brutal Spider-Man which Seattle began to fear. However Kazuo eventually realises how the symbiote is affecting him and he discards it. Arthur Kasady, its previous host, bonded with Plague. He planned to ruin Kazuo's life.

Description of The Offer:

Kazuo waits in an empty subway station, where he is then encountered by a man, wearing a coat. Peter soon recognizes the man as Nick Fury. Kazuo isn't enthused about him and tells him to go away. Fury apologizes about his girlfriend and father's deaths, but is wanting to help him. Kazuo rejects what he's about to say, but minutes later decides to ask Fury what the hell he wants. Fury told him what he just said, to help him, and he wants to give him an "offer".
