Synopsis

A television miniseries adaptation of the classic DC comic event set within the Smallville universe. Set 20 years after the series finale, the story follows as Clark Kent must be convinced to step back into the role of Superman to face off against the immoral “heroes” Lex Luthor has unleashed on the world.

Description of Doctor Fate (Chloe Sullivan):

After the death of her and Oliver’s son, Chloe sought out the Helmet of Nabu to reconcile her grief. In the moment she touches the helmet it chooses her as it’s new host. Now, transformed into the immortal Doctor Fate, Chloe travels the dimensions uncovering the secrets of truth and fate. It takes both Clark and Oliver to bring her back to help in the fight against Luthor.
