Based off of Stephen King's novel of the same name, this, despite already getting a lot of heat for being set in present-day follows the faltering Trenton household. Vic Trenton is a popular advertising executive who goes out of town not only on business, but to cope with the possibility of divorcing his wife Donna who works for a competing ad firm. Their son Tad has no friends, but likes being around Cujo, a friendly St. Bernard. On the day Vic goes out of town, Donna and Tad go to an auto repair shop to get her car fixed, but they are trapped when they hear the growls of Cujo, a contractor of rabies.
