Synopsis

"Courageous Legacy: The Coretta Scott King Story" chronicles the extraordinary life of Coretta Scott King, from her humble beginnings in rural Alabama to becoming a global icon for justice and equality. Bayard Rustin was an American political activist, and a prominent leader in social movements for civil rights, socialism, nonviolence, and gay rights. Rustin was the principal organizer of the March on Washington for Jobs and Freedom in 1963.
