Description of Starscream (Transformers):

A Decepticon. Starscream is Megatron’s second in command. Usually, Starscream is a high pitched coward who plots to overthrow Megatron and usurp control over all the Decepticons. However, when he takes charge, he’s no more successful than Megatron. He transforms into a Cybertronian jet.
