For years, Bruce Wayne attempted to fill the void he felt inside by throwing increasingly lavish parties at his cavernous estate. Lately, he’s opted to sneak out into the city, roaming the dangerous streets where his parents were killed in front of him as a child. On one such “excursion”, Wayne mistakingly takes violent action against what he thought was a mugger harassing a family of three. Left beaten and confused but exhilarated, Wayne makes a vow to his deceased father that very same night.
