Synopsis

Batman finds himself investigating a spate of attacks which have left victims suffering serious panic attacks brought on by fear. His investigation soon leads him to encountering the culprit as the Scarecrow and attempts to foil his scheme to burn down Gotham University. But in the process of doing so, Batman is exposed to the Scarecrow's fear gas and forced to face his guilt over the death of his parents.

Description of Dr. Long (Side Character/60 years old):

Long himself attended Gotham University in his youth and met Thomas Wayne during his studies there. He is known as a hasty and rather rude man. He was head of the college when it was robbed repeatedly by The Scarecrow. He brushed aside Summer Gleeson who was hoping for a word on the "Scarecrow" attacks and insulted Bruce Wayne in the process
