Description of Lord's Intruding Visitor:

Lord is using the technology stolen from Task Force X to build... something! The operation is interrupted by a visitor, who knows Lord is from the future and demands to know what he's doing here. Lord assures the speedster that his plans would not interfere with Thawne's goals to kill the Flash. Thawne, still doubtful, assures Lord that he'll be watching...
