Cronus dripped a few drops of Wonder Woman's blood on the clay of Themyscira. Then, he shaped an evil clone of Wonder Woman. Cronus named her Deva, short for Devastation, and asked each member of his army of gods was given a dark twist to match Deva's sinister personality.
