Bryce Wayne has spent years abroad feeding her lifelong obsession for crime to find its Justice. A crazed serial killer is on the loose and Gotham PD seem to not be interested in catching the sociopath, Bryce Wayne sees this as an opportunity to prove herself and be what she promised herself before she went on her Journey, to be a symbol of Fear to criminals.
