Description of BlueBird (Harper Row):
After defeating Mother, Harper retired from vigilante work to focus on getting a college education (mostly to get her existing electrical engineering skills accredited), though she did keep her Bluebird uniform. In addition to attending Gotham University, Harper volunteers at Leslie Thompkins's clinic and spends downtime with other members of the Bat family. Electrical Engineering, Gadgetry Computer Operation Firearms Hand-to-Hand Combat (Basic) Kickboxing, Bluebird Armour Ascension boots, Tasers Bluebird Rifle:
